Our Experience shows that the retrieval of data varies with different scenarios. Once the media is received at our service centre along with the Data Retrieval Form the process of analyzing the media type / OS / Software begins and in normal circumstances we will provide you the feedback within 24 Hours on the chances of retrieving the data and the time frame depending on the capacity of the media and the extent of damages.

 

Once you agree and fill us the consent form along with the advance payment the retrieved data will be returned back to you in your preferred choice of media.


Our Standard Terms are as follows :

  • Zero Charges for Zero Data – which means inspite of our efforts if we are not able to get back your data, you will not be charged for any estimation / diagnostic charges or charges for the Man Hours spent for your case.

Will be charged additional depending of your choice of Media like new Hard Disk, CDs or DVDs etc.

  • As we follow a non-destructive data retrieval process, we will return back your media in its original condition. In case you agree for a destructive retrieval option the same will not apply as we may have to open the media as a last effort.
  • If you do not take back the retrieved data standard estimation / diagnostic charges will be charged depending on the time and efforts involved. Any advance paid will also be not refunded for whatsoever reasons.
